Ok basically this'll be my first cycle.. you guys probably will think it not be so much a great idea... but im going to do the cycle with my bro. We've been working out the past 8 months with each other and he decided he wants in.
My stats:
Age: 21
Height:5'8
Start weight:126
current Weight:144
Working out for: Been working out since 14 started to get serious at 16
Wasnt so greatly educated at the time nore was I able to be consistent though do to school amongst other things however hit it 3-5 days a week.
18 was working out every day for a year never gained. I'd say though the past year and a half I have really gotten educated in bodybuilding. 6-8 meals a day about 140-170g protein. Eating lean chicken breast mostly with rice or potatoes and some vegies. Taking a bunch of supps to add into my highly nutritious diet. Giving each body part 48 hours rest. And trying to hit the gym every day.
Goal: I would like to gain 20-30 pounds.
My bro:
Age:25
Height:5'6
Start weight: 115
Current Weight:130
Working out for: pretty much the same history as me...
I've pretty much told him his breakthrew of what he should be eating and so on so forth.
We weigh relatively light but we are stronger if not as strong as most people 30+pounds over us.
Both of us have been focusing on Dumbells for our presses
We can dumbel press 2 x 85s(170) for 5 reps(full 90degree good form). Absolutely no BS. We are currently taking Creatine post workout shake and superpump 250 preworkout which probably contributes to that strength greatly but still a great accomplishment in my eyes. And I know we can do more if we want to.
Sorry if this is too much info. Anyway I read in to all the anti estrogens and so forth... and some people are mentioning to take this others take that.. blah blah. I'd just like someone to help me out
My plan is to take Testosterone Enth with Deca.
I just want to know if you guys think that would be alright as a first cycle... to tell you the truth.. I want to only do one cycle just to blow past this halt..
Can someone link me maybe to a good beginners cycle if they dont feel like contributing there time to writing things out?
Any info would be greatly appreciated... I already purchased-- milk thistle, Saw palmetto and Cranberry pills to keep my system clean. The PCT stuff I'll probably get threw the same source that I get the AAS from.. I trust him.. he's family and gets good stuff. Thanks.
