Ingredients
¼ cup nonfat milk
2 tsp. vegetable or beef bouillon
2 tsp. onion powder
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup nonfat cottage or ricotta cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. lemon juice
½ cup green onions, chopped
Preparation Instructions
Mix the milk and bouillon in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients, except the green onions and blend until smooth. Stir in the chopped green onions. Use as a dip with a vegetable platter.
