Time to Come off???
been on a few cycles for a little under a year. a total of 3 cycles, bridge between 1st and second, and a cruise between 2 and 3. it has been around 50 weeks total. My weight has been about the same between the 2nd and third cycle. i might of leaned out a little bit during the 3rd though due to switching from deca to test. I've been around 210-215lbs and haven't really been putting on any more. I feel it is either due to not eating enough calories, or my receptors are just getting burned out.
Calories have been about the same between cycle 2 & 3 because vie been trying to just put on lean muscle instead of going overboard and getting fat.
fats: 80-120g/ed
carbs: 300-550g/ed
protein: 250-380g/ed (training day or not/if i sleep in, sometimes 12+hr sleep)
roughly 4k calories a day. i make sure im getting 60-100carbs, at least 45 grams of protein and at around 10-15grams of fat a mean.
Roughly 4,000 calories a day.
My 3rd cycle is soon to end. 400mgs Tren/EW ran out after 10 weeks...finishing 800mgs test/wk until week 12 or 13. Thinking about just cruising again @ 200-300mgs test/wk(6weeks), or either coming off all AAS and maintaining gains with slin, and maybe buy some hgh(4iuED) to add to that and maybe put on a few more pounds of muscle. If i do that, i will take 8 weeks off, then hop back on.
Think i have not seen gains because calories are not over 4k?

injectables: i have not tried any other injectable aas besides test, deca and tren. would like to give Equipoise a try next
orals: only tried dbol and adrol
p.s. coming off might be hard, im feel i have become somewhat addicted.
