ugh I hate dieting, that food looks soooooo good VB!

Lol! Yea right now enjoying up to 190lbs so keeping an eye on everything hoping to continue putting 2 lbs per week on for the next 5 weeks!
 
Well finished off first bottle of test today, weight still looking good at 190lbs, have another 2 weeks left on the dbol. Deca and test will be at full force so thats cool!! Pinned another 3 cc am, nice way to start the day!!! LOL!
 
Just got back from Gym and killed it!! Went ahead and did 50mg dbol before going versus splitting like I normally do!! intense workout for sure!!!

Blasted arms and back last night i was a fuckin animal in the gym!! Its was crazy!! I actually was doing 110lb hammers! I am rerally getting big now and can see some nice gains! Cannot weight for the final product!!!

Even though i would like to do pics now I want to wait! Since it is a 20 week cycle week 10 is half way and then will post final pics! Getting ready to throw in a 7 week peptide cycle on top of this!

good idea. dramatic changes will be seen over a long period not week by week.
 
Just got done blasting legs and shoulders, went ahead and started doing some cardio, want to continue bulking but want to make sure it is lean!!!! Arms sore as shit today from yesterday's workout!! On week 4 still have a long way to go on cycle! This is going to be a he'll of a ride! Z gear is really kicking in, test levels up, Deca kicking in!! Another 2 weeks of Dbol left!
 
Well traps are really blowing up and arms!!! Hovering between 186 and 188lbs. Right now working on being super ripped ready for summer!!!

Just found your log Mr. Vannes! Have you ever run deca before? Curious as to how its treating you...I'm going to be extending my cycle past the ten weeks for Par's contest and once those are up, switching from tren to deca...will be my first go with it.

I love Deca!!!! It does amazing things just remember it takes about 5 weeks to really kick in so you want to run 10 weeks. If not go with NPP shorter ester more penning though, but could go 6 weeks with good results. Right now 600mg Deca per week plus 1 gram test perm week. This is a 20 week cycle.

LOL I am not telling! Hell Bro, I got to catch up to you know!! Took your advise throwing some cardio in wife said I am getting fat!! LOL She runs at 9 to 10% bf. When I actually start it I will addit into this log! will be another 3 or 4 weeks!
 
Well Deca kicking in its a fat burner for me! Hitting arms 2'x a week i am seeing some nice gains! Wife Finally said they are bigger than when she met me!!!

Hitting arms 2 x a week this was my light day really working on these arms want some big ass arms when i am done!! Great pump for sure, ready to blast chest next. Just cutting back Calories a little has me trimmed back up pretty damm quick!!
