Wife stocking up on Tuna, chicken, brown rice, Steaks, more steaks! Veggies, sweet Potatos! If I can drink 1.5 gallons of water a day and eat 5,000 cal with the Z gear I will end up close to what Heavy want as a finish weight with same BF is a lot more impressive than loosing 25 lbs! Not that going from that is not very Impressive! But mine will be MORE!!! Since no one else has posted up starting logs cannot comment yet on what they hope to achieve!

Still no other logs???

I talked to the Z reps and I'm posting the log when I receive all the gear so I can do it all at once. I actually have 95% of my log written and saved on a word document. Once I take pictures and receive the gear (so I can take touchdown pictures) I will put it up!
