My biggest issue is I have no one to spot me and the 110lbs take a lot of energy to pick up and get set to bench!! The 100 are pretty easy to handle if I can get someone next week to hand me the 120 will see what I can do with that!!!

Squats ATG yes, if that means at the gym? I am having a lot of fun right now! Its only week 4 and the gear has not even fully kicked it!! I normally start seeing best gains at week 4 or 5! Today starts week 4!!!:ohyeah:I will be squating over 500lbs by the end of the cycle!!! Like Heavy said this gear is VERY STRONG!!!!!!

Joints feel good though no pain and for the lifts I have been making that is a good thing!!! :winkfinger:

Duh? Hey I am old!! No they were not Ass to Ground! They were good squats, close to paraell. If i go to low puts to much pressure on knees! I am happy with them for sure!! :winkfinger:

Off today resting, next workout will be Thursday, feeling good just healing ready to blast Back and Arms next! 4 days on 3 off works well for me! Just eating and resting this week!!
