Updated pics looking pretty lean and have gained some nice size! Legs have come a long way from where i started! I know they dont compare to Jthom, but look at my begging pics of legs and I think a nice change!! Traps are really coming out abs are coming back still at 183lbs! Veins are really coming out as well!! I will be the Winner at the end of this comp!! Back feels good no more pain going to hit the hot tub with the old lady for some cardio!!!:ohyeah:

186lbs!! (+ 13lbs)

Hitting legs today just did pin another 2cc!

Will not go as heavy on squats today depends on how back feels will hit the hot tub before workout to loosen back up!!

I think todate i am leading the pack! Wife wants me to start Yogo, and cardio next week. That will give me a full 4 weeks to loose all BF that remains! thats for you Ben! be careful what you say bro!!:owned:

At airport headed to PA, and OH this week so will be working on cardio and abs for the next few days and leeting body heal!

am eatting eggs, bacon, hasbrowns and toast for breakfast! Last week of Dbol also this week! Have really got some nice gains of ZDbol

Think I have came down with a stomach bug, think the wife and kid gave it to me! Works out fine, since i am not working out for the next few days! Well into my second bottle of test E, and really like it also. Very smooth injects nice no pain!:ohyeah:

My competition seems to be stepping it up which just helps push me that much more! Hope Heavy's back gets better, since he has already worked so hard to get this far!! Not that he is going to win!:owned:

Looking good buddy but I doubt you will even keep half of what you gain...
