My good friend who has been helping me out suggested I throw a curve ball at my diet tomorrow. All other meals will be the same, but meal one will include pancakes, syrup, eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. Im kind of looking forward to some tasty pancakes, but not the bloat Im going to have after

I know a guy who did a transformation contest and he was doing great when someone seen his diet they asked about a cheat day or meal every know and then and his answer was shit I've had tons of cheat days and meals, how do you think I put on all this fat. Stay focused bro, trust me.

I am. Its a suggestion from a well educated person who knows what theyre doing, so Im going to follow it. Its not going to be every couple of days or anything, just every saturday as long as my progress is where it needs to be. If Im not progressing then it wont happen and I will re-evaluate where Im at.

Ive been running low carbs the last couple of days(1 meal a day), so it will be a shock to my system eating all these carbs at once, and hopefully it will stoke my metabolism.

Bro, the carb-curveball is a good idea, but timing it is crucial. Make sure you consume the "switched up" meal either RIGHT after you wakeup, or RIGHT after you finish training.
 
thanks for the tip. Ill hit it right when I wake up, that way it gives me a nice little boost for the gym later.

I need to snap some pics to track my progress. I might post some up so you guys can give me feedback. Ive been sticking to my diet, just feels like its stalled a little. Im getting more vascular, which is a good sign. could just be in my head, could be that I need to switch something up.

I will be doing cardio at least 5x a week now. 30-45 minutes with every session.

A little leaner but like heavy said your on a cut, cardio is your friend lol, on aas eating right and keeping protein high your not gonna burn muscle so have at it!!

whats the average you guys like to see per week as far as weight loss is concerned? Im going to start keeping good track of my weight. Right now Im down 3-4 lbs for the week.
 
I just measured my arms for the hell of it. theyre at 17". Im only half a foot short of chuck lol

My boy told me not to do it after a leg session, but I dont want any doubts that Im putting in work, so I did 15 minutes on the elliptical at 8mph.

hey big ben i am the same way bro i dont do cardio after a leg workout.....prob. cause i can hardly walk after hitting legs hard....lol
 
1-3 lbs a week man...i wouldnt be too concerned on how many lbs youre losing because youre gunna be gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time...so just judge by the mirror

but your are well on your way!
