I am. Its a suggestion from a well educated person who knows what theyre doing, so Im going to follow it. Its not going to be every couple of days or anything, just every saturday as long as my progress is where it needs to be. If Im not progressing then it wont happen and I will re-evaluate where Im at.I know a guy who did a transformation contest and he was doing great when someone seen his diet they asked about a cheat day or meal every know and then and his answer was shit I've had tons of cheat days and meals, how do you think I put on all this fat. Stay focused bro, trust me.

Ive been running low carbs the last couple of days(1 meal a day), so it will be a shock to my system eating all these carbs at once, and hopefully it will stoke my metabolism.
