A little late but I'm checking in. Good shit bro. You're looking better already. I'm gonna stay on top of this one. Can't wait to see the results.

Hows the knee situation? I know you mentioned you bought a pair of shoes. When it's time to buy another pair, shell out the extra dough and get these. Best shoes ever.

I got mine at Academy Sports. Best deal I could find around town.

Knee still feels tight and sore. I'm stretching it every day. I will see when I do legs though.

I prefer the Saucony Stabil CS for shoes. They are high dollar, light weight with a nice wide footprint. I have to buy arch supports for my feet and I always buy top of the line running socks to keep my feet dry. I dropped about $200 on the shoes and accessories. A few years back I saw a foot specialist and they fitted me with supports and shoes. These shoes fit me very well plus the wide footprint is awesome for squats, leg presses, etc.

Forgot what I read but one BB'r said custom fit orthodics are a must. This is something I haven't done. But I've found that those new balance are a very good fit for my feet. It's amazing how much better you feel with a nice supportive pair of shoes. :winkfinger:

A good pair of shoes many times will solve knee, hip or back problems. I had plantar fascia inflammation years ago that was debilitating. I could hardly walk and then had shooting pain in my sciatic nerve. A month after getting properly fitted shoes and arch supports the pain was gone. It was a valuable lesson.
