do i have to take PCT

cuz i herard i dnt need PCT when taking test

Ok, listen up noob. You Are Not Ready For Gear!! First off you are too young, wait at least 3-4 years before gear and educate yourself better in the meantime. Second, you have been training for only two years and you can still grow very well naturally. Third, primo is not an ai, it's a steroid. Ai's are arimidex, aromasin. Fourth, yes you definitely need a pct when you do gear. Pct = post cycle therapy.

My best recommendation for you right now is to visit the training and diet sections. You can make a lot of gains by improving your training and diet.
 
Up the test to 1200mg a week no ai and try tren its good forna begginer maybe 800mg a week. Try and drink booze atleast 5 nights a week.

If you believe what your friends or anything i saod at the top you have no right running aas. You need more gymming and reading son.
And food 63kg is like 128lbs lol!!!

If you pin directly into your butthole then you will not need PCT.

Well, post your diet and training regime and I'm sure plenty of people will give you advice on where you're going wrong. I'm just about to turn 21 years old also and I've run two cycles. My first cycle I ran with no research and even though I ran my second cycle correctly, I still wish I had never touched steroids at such a young age. It's caused me plenty of problems over the last year and I don't plan on using them for a LONG time. Stick with the advice people are giving you and do some research before you even think about starting a cycle. Also, you are too young to be running AAS, and so am I. I'm telling you from experience. Be smart and be safe. These hormones you're introducing into your body are nothing to play around with.

My diet and macros always are 40 40 20
I have struggling with my weight all my life
Watching wat u eat hitting the gym hard to lose weight and look like aneroxic
Hit the gym hard to bulk and look like fatass
Can't get nowhere dude and now am skinny fat
I used to be 100 Kg
I think I deserve something man and not this crappy body I got
Will de do more research

Ps: will drop it also after I get a gd shape

Do you deserve the "crappy" body that you have? Probably so if you don't know how to train and eat. These are what you should be focusing on. You won't get much help here in regards to using AAS, but we will all be happy to help you out with your diet and training. We actually have a portion of the board dedicated to these topics. I suggest you get in there and start educating yourself on diet and nutrition.

How many calories a day do you put down? What's your daily protein intake look like?

If I could be 20 again I would have started with testosterone boosters like low dose Letro(250mcg-500mcg/day), Clomid, and Propecia to see what results I got from that. If it didn't work then I would try low dose Primo Depot and Var with Proviron.

Do you deserve the "crappy" body that you have? Probably so if you don't know how to train and eat. These are what you should be focusing on. You won't get much help here in regards to using AAS, but we will all be happy to help you out with your diet and training. We actually have a portion of the board dedicated to these topics. So if I told u how my diet cals routine like wat will u suggest
Bulk or cut
If I bulked fat will be everywhere
If I cut still have lil fat and no muscle
I have bulked to 80 kgs from 68 Kg
And cut from 80 Kg to 56 kg
And guess what I still look the same as I started years ago I'm so tired and can't repeat all of that , I give up
I know I can add muscle natty
But even with cleanest bulk ( 10% over maintenance ) fat will come in huge amounts
With cutting dnt get me start with that
Try to cut with a 58 Kg bw , see wat will u go through
I'm not ur normal 20 yo with future potential
Iam through with WO natty I just want to enjoy my body shape in this point of life man , dnt even wanna look like hulk just add 30 pounds lean mass and stop

If you can't do it natty how will AAS help you?? I can gaurantee you are not working out correctly! If you can bulk as you say and cut as you say your workout program is total SHIT!

AAS will not just start putting muscle onto a frame! They inhance your diet and workouts! PERIOD!

Dude, you are 20, oh I mean almost 21, keep your chin up and keep going natty, it will come, if you jump on AAS now you will wish you didn't, trust us here, we benifit none by telling you this, we do it cause we know whats right and whats not!

Dude I know it sounds impossible , but I had enough of going natty really tired

1 g protien per bw
Or 1.5 per lbm
Cals to bulk 10% over maintenance
Cals to cut 20% under
Recomp ? ( check my pulse , see if I'm dead )
Thing is bb will def reshape my body
But it's so screwed up it will take me 200% to reach my goal
I can see my ribs feel my back bones 30 inch waist and have love handles gut chest fat
Any gd suggestions ?

Ps: I appreciate what you guys are doing

You are only 20 years old kid! Tired?? Some of us have worked well over a decade to get where we are....it takes a lot of hard work and dedication. It's a lifestyle.

Give this a shot...

5000 calories a day (CLEAN calories)
2.5gr of protein per body pound daily
hire a professional trainer to get you started properly


If you don't start seeing gains soon after, I would seek medical attention....perhaps an issue with your thyroid, I can't say.

Vic, do you really suggest that much protein. I've heard the most is 2 grams per pound and that's while on AAS. If that's you in your avatar and that's what your diet looks like then you can be damn sure I'' follow that. That picture is unreal!
 
2.5g protein per pound isn't even a lot. he weighs 68kg meaning 150lbs. That's only 374g of protein or ~1500 cals worth. If you go 40/40/20 that means 374g carbs/374g proteins/83g fats.

Skinny dudes usually have the luxury of putting down massive food and growing religiously as long as they're clean cals. Some dudes look at a carb and bloat up with fat gain all over the place.

LOL, no...that's my boy Sergio Oliva. Not bad for 21" guns!

As for the protein, I use 1.5gr when off and 2.5gr when on.

Maybe the OP should get some blood work done by the doctor in order to eliminate (or confirm) possibility of a chemical/hormonal imbalance. I know of skinny fat guys and fat skinny guys whose bodies are train-wrecks and their natural estrogen levels are above average. Maybe OP has an issue with low T and/or elevated estrogen the way he's describing the fat accumulation on his body despite being ultra-skinny. Just a thought that could be a good starting point to find out which direction is needed.

But then again, he claims to workout a lot which takes a lot of energy (something low T would probably interfere with) so who the heck really knows.
