Chest/tri's- strength coming back have been doing a lot of DB work and it shows on my straight bar bench for sure! Will be at 315lbs by end of 10 weeks!!

Updated Photos 9-3-11. Seems like right now i am in a re-comp, have gained 1/4 on arms and half inch on chest in less than 7 days. weight the same but have dropped BF.:clapping:

Had a big breakfast and normally I eat anything I want and dont put on BF. I am switching gears now on my food intake. With this Awesome Z gear my metabolisam is thru the roof already!! I think I am eatting too clean!!! I know that sounds crazy, but I am just going to lisiten to my body more and eat some of my normal food!

Chucky I am coming for you on arms! :ohyeah:

Heavy, I will be ripped so watch out!:winkfinger: Better stay on that cardio!

First week feeling really good! Agressive in the gym and bedroom for sure!:ohyeah:but head on straight outside of gym! My expectations at this point is to gain 5 to 10 lbs lean mass and end up with 8 to 9% BF.

As far as were i stand against the others I feel I am defenitley in the running! Heavy will be tuff for sure since he started with extra weight, and is going for a lean cut! He is very disaplined, and has the experience from years of working out. The other 3 are doing well, but at the end I will be ahead of them!:winkfinger:

At this point it is about L/M I also have put on 1/4" on arms and 1/2' on chest in 7 days!!:clapping:
