First and for most, I would like to thank Uncle Z for allowing me to partake in the wonderful challenge. I would also like to thank all the competitors for providing motivation throughout this competition.

Starting Stats:
Height: 6’0 ft
Weight: 210 lbs
Body Fat: 12-14%
Bench: 315 lbs
Squat: 405 lbs
Deadlift: 455 lbs

Previous cycle history:
NONE. As of now I’ am still natural.

Goals:
To provide useful information for FIRST TIME users and to gain 15-20 lbs of muscle while staying at the same BF %.

The Added Frill Beginner

1-10 Test E 500mg/wk ( Inject 2 x Per Week ie; Mon/Thurs )
1-5 Dbol 40mg/ed
1-10 .5ml Arimidex e/d

PCT
12-13 Clomid 75mg/ed
14-15 Clomid 50mg/ed

Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/ml - 10ml Vial x 2 Vials
Dbol 10mg Tabs - 50 Tabs x 3 packs
Clomid 50mg Tabs - 50 Tabs x 1 pack

Multi Vitamin
Vitamin C
Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM
Liver Care and IM cycle support

Current Gym Routine:
Monday- Biceps and Triceps
Tuesday- Delts and Traps
Wednesday- Back (upper and lower)
Thursday- Chest
Friday- Quads, Hams, and Calves
Saturday- OFF
Sunday- OFF

Notes:
I am putting my arms and delts in the beginning of the week for this cycle. I always have more energy on Monday and Tuesday and I want to use these days to bring up my lagging body parts.

Notes:
This diet is still tentative and is not 100% accurate. I will be eating more calories than 3140 because the milk, juices, spices, oils, etc were not calculated into the daily macros. I do not suspect it will be more than +200 cals e/d though.

Today is the first day of classes along with my training log. After my back workout today I will grab someone and just have them snap a few pics of me (ha ha).

Be patient I will post them up at the end of the day when I am done with everything.

I know, my physique is terrible, but that's what the before pictures are for :)
I look super soft, pail, and fat. For the after pictures I will get a tan, try to harden up, and hopefully loose some fat. ha ha
