Awesome workout tonight!! This was on home gym and DB at house! Next workout is at gym. Do not train shoulders real heavy worry about injury's, want to work my way up and not over do it! to easy to blow a shoulder out!

Judging by your numbers, I think we are pretty similar in strength. I need to step my game up, cant have an old guy whooping up on me! lol jk. keep it going!

Yea youngster it holds plates too!! LOL Wanted to lift heaver, but want to take it somewhat easy on shoulders! Always worry about them!

Allright I feel great, bumping up ca,l and protien want to hit at least 300 grams of protien a day! Carbs are higher than I would like but trying to really put some good mass! While on gear my metabolisam goes through the roof!!! Z.. Gear has it already going through the roof! Drinkin 1.5 gal of water each day!! No BP issues taking Advance Cycle Support just ordered another bottle! Feel great ready for next pen am tomorrow! There was no soreness, redness at injection site. I actual get Watson Test C from Doc and it hurts like hell!!! I am very pleased so far with Z gear and I expect GREAT Results!!!

Going to Blast legs tonight and mayb throw in some arms!!

Have split Dbol up and doing 1/2am and then the other 1/2 2 hours before workout! Feel very strong in the gym!!! I am going to show everyone we dont FUCK around in TEXAS!!!!:paddle:

I would be interested to know with a 4,000 + cal and 300G protien what would be a good range for carbs and fat? I use this Spark People program.
