Get Shredded!
good evening,

not enough... never enough... most ever was about fifteen years ago, 735 @ about 240, natural, raw... before I ever got brave enough to compete, so it's a weightroom squat... right NOW at 52, on a great day, if I had to do it, about 400 pounds give or take a bit... workout is working UP to 500 pounds, I hope by the end of the year...

have a great day,

Coach Bear

squat 315 for reps; 12-15...sometimes feel feisty and bump it up to about 385 for about 4-5. tore my ACL about 5 years ago and it scarred me mentally as well as physically. Bench 315 for reps as well, just isn't right...lol

I've only been training for a couple years and didn't start until my late 30s ... I'm 38, 6-1, 230# and my best legit squat is 425# (below parallel) .. anything not below parallel isn't a squat ... :loser2:

315 for a single with just a belt, weight was 205 at the time of the lift. I do low bar back squat tho, not sure if that matters in this thread or not haha.

UPDATE SINCE I LAST POSTED IN THIS THREAD: 600 maybe a year ago or so. I would say right to parallel maybe a tad before. I weighed in between 250-260pds. I just had a belt and knee wraps. I posted it somewhere when I did it, but can't remember the date or thread:hmmm:

In fact !ll pm u my address so that u can pay the shipping costs. I say this because, clearly with these numbers, y'all will want to provide free gears so I can break the 1300 barrier. Just an idea.

Use knee wraps! U'll be glad you did. It's not the same as a so_
-called "powerlifter" putting on a double or triple layered bench shirt and pretending to bench press 800lbs. Lol.

Btw Predator, wtf is a "pds?" Lmfao!!!
alo, "Coach" Bear, congrats on squatting 335pds less than you could do back in the day! How pathetic! Lmfao!
