What's your max bench?

After about a 2+ year lay off on my second bench session back in the gym I maxed 405... Video on YouTube.

Not really in it for the strength anore just like to know after so long off I still kinda got it... I'm almost 40 so...
 
22 years of age. 365 bench the other day with ease. Could definitely squeeze 385 on a good day and with a competent spotter. If I de loaded and prepped for a meet I think Id be able to bang out 405. Wish my gym had bench boards. Would help a lot to just 4 or 5 board press 405 a couple times to just get accustomed to holding and stabilizing the weight.
 
body weight 215lbs, with good form i can get 330lb x 1 / 225 x18
 
305. Last year. Weighed about 200, at 42 years old. Never been very strong.
 
in my late 20s #345, fast forward 20 years #320
 
305 at 185lbs. Go ahead, flame away lol. It took me a long time to get there, but the bench was always my weak spot
 
My personal best raw was 915. I normally prefer light weight for higher reps. Here's a vid I took a while back with 586x23:

Raw 452 in a meet 475 in gym. 22 years old, natural. Just started training again after 8 months of no training. Funny thing is I'm always Inconsistent and did 450 raw when I was 19 in my first meet ever. I wish if just stick to it and see where I could be by now.
 
dam I thought I was doing well at 405 for 6 raw at 185lbs but you guys make me feel weak, more work I guess

i wont go over 405 just dont want to get hurt what is there to prove.at my age 37 years old and lot of injury and my weight 205 that good enough for me.i workout with light weight higher reps now day like 300-350 for 6-8 reps or so.some of you guys are strong has hell wow.
 
Yeah I have a video on of the one when I'm 19 on YouTube actually. Fed is USPA. Last time I checked I still have the 18-19 year old American records for them as a SHW.
 
You guys do know that 300 pounds is something the average person can't achieve. Its amazing how all of us think 300 is not a big deal. It is.

You would find it hard to walk down the street and find people who could bench 300.
 
Dude... How do you stay in a arch like that for so long?.... My back would have cramped up crazy at that long... Wow.
